Wore the pants twice now, both times after a wash, they fit comfortably, have an innovation I've never seen before (a black pipe around the waistband keeps your shirt tucked in), and although not at all uncomfortable in 90 degree + heat, I would have hoped that they would be lighter weight like the Ascent pant. One of TS's best design features is the cell phone pocket on the inside of the cargo pocket; again, unlike the Ascent pant, the Vector pant has a pocket that would fit your smart phone just fine if it didn't have an Otter case on it. In other words, it's a hair too narrow. And unlike my biggest gripe about the Ascent pant, the Vector pant has generous, DEEP front pockets so your challenge coin doesn't fall out every time you put your feet up. Other than that, there's plenty of pockets on the Vector pant (the pant has yet to be made with enough pockets for me), and the ONE thing that TS never gets right is the number of belt loops and the location of belt loops. I wear a Spec-Ops belt that has plenty of tail, but it just barely reaches the next available belt loop because there just aren't enough. These pants will be great when cooler weather comes, and if TS makes future Ascent pants with deeper front pockets, I'll buy them again.
